ONE: Exfoliate
Anyone who knows anything about skin care knows that exfoliating is the holy grail for fine, smooth, happy skin. Exfoliating should be done all year round, but should especially be a part of your routine in the summer. The humidity + sweating + the heat provide the perfect ground for clogged pores, ingrown hairs, uneven tones and just overall blah-ness. Exfoliating helps with all of these by working off the layer of dry skin that builds up over the winter. For the body, aim to find a scrub with coarse particles that will assist is sloughing off the skin. For the face, aim for a cleansing brush or a gentle micro-bead exfoliant! Either way, you'll be feeling fresh and smooth!!TWO: Reconsider How You're Removing Body Hair
